    I believe errno 13 is permission denied. Are permissions on
    /var/spool/lpd/pio/@local/ddi/hplj-3si.pcl.TCP@r_net such that the user
    "lpd" wouldn't have permission to read the file? What are the permissions
    on the /usr/sbin/lpd executable?
