try "lscfg"

Not average PC memory. PC DIMMs use SDRAM but the 43P-140 uses EDO RAM which
also has been used in some PentiumPro and early PentiumII systems, and in
some old Macs, too. There are several different types of EDO DIMMs, finding
some that work in the 43P-150 is often difficult.

No. Some few PCI gfx cards from the PC world work with the machine but not
with AIX. You need an adapter that comes with AIX drivers (usually only from
IBM).

You only can download maintenance updates (fixes) but not complete AIX
Releases. AIX is not downloadable, it is payware.
