This happens a lot with diag packages. I had the same issue with 5.1
ML5 and 5.2 ML2. For the most part I usually add the requisites so all
the installs finish cleanly. Since you're only adding a driver, this
shouldn't cause any harm unless you have the device the driver if for.
Yes, requisites change, why? Without access to the package sources
it's tough to say. IBM would probably tell you to install the
requisites as well, but may be able to shed some more light on the
reason.
