mount an ISO file with I/O error

I've make a cdrfs FS on lv00,and 'dd if=my.iso of=/dev/lv00',
'mount /dev/lv00 /iso'.
But when I 'du -sk /iso',it prompt
"/usr/share/man/info/en_US/a_doc_lib/aixuser/glossary/glosryen: I/O
error".
Is the problem ISO9600's litmits of 8 level directory?
