Do it with smitty devices, then communication devices and change the adapter
configuration. You will have to check the last line which says "apply
changes to database only" and then reboot your RS because you can't change
it while tcpip is running ( it would be possible to stop tcpip and not
reboot but it is more complicated and most of the time useless).
