You don't reboot AIX for something like that!
Just rmdev and mkdev the entx Ethernet adapter
device. To do that you must turn off the enx
interface with ifconfig.
The quickest way to reset TCP/IP interfaces
after that and put back your routes is
/etc/methods/cfgif
/etc/methods/cfginet
