I asked you to be careful about what you delete!

/var/adm/wtmp should not be deleted.
There is a FAQ pertaining to this newsgroup, it would have told you
how to truncate the file:
http://www.faqs.org/faqs/aix-faq/part1/ Section 1.150

I don't know if it's safe to delete errlog. It's ok to delete root's
mail file.

/var, unlike /tmp, is a directory that contains important files.

You should have asked the question what the files are for BEFORE you
removed them.

The best thing you can do now is
touch /var/adm/wtmp
touch /var/adm/ras/errlog
to recreate the files.

Besides, 24 MB of free space isn't that much.
Are these the largest files that were in your /var directory?
If yes, it's probably a good idea to increase the size of the /var
file system.
