WLM

Anyone have a tutorial on setting up WLM to provide root 10% of system
resources upon login to allow the recover of a system on it way down due to
a runaway process. I have tried to read the red book and constantly fall
asleep. We don't want to use WLM to manage the applications at this point,
but having the above would be helpful on rare occasions.
