AIX 5.2 ML 4 and Samba 3.0.10 with AD support

Dear all,
I need help to compile Samba 3.1.10 with IBM C++ 6.0 / AIX 5.2 ML 04.
I would like to share AIX files to AD users with Samba.
Does someone have a working Samba 3 server with AD support.

So far I have find out that I need
- zlib 1.2.1
- Kerberos V5 1.4 (IBM, MIT or Heimdal)
- OpenLDAP 2.2.23
- Cyrus SASL 2.1.20
- libiconv 1.9.1
- what is missing?

What above components should I download from "AIX Toolbox for Linux
Applications"

I Installed Kerberos from AIX 5.2 Expansion pack cd.
At least with this package I managed to connect my AD domain
and get TGT from KDC.

Includes the AIX Toolbox OpenLDAP package also Cyrus SASL code?
I hope I can forget the BSD DB is for this case.
If I remeber right SASL need OpenSSL
Do I have to configure OpenLDAP somehow before using Samba.

Then this iconv support.
WARNING: Sufficient support for iconv function was not found.
     Install libiconv from http://freshmeat.net/projects/libiconv/ for
better charset compatibility!
What is the best way to compile/install this package to AIX 5.2.
Someone said that static compiling of GNU libiconv won't corrupt AIX iconv.

What are the correct Samba configure parameters?
./configure --with-ads --with-ldap --with-krb5=/usr/krb5 --with-winbind
Do I need winbind if I just join a new server to AD domain.

Is it better to wait for Samba 4 and use Samba 3 with pre-win2k mode
like with Samba 2.2.X
