DS4100 performance problem

We have p595 with a DS4100 storage system and two fibre channels connectors.
The raid 5 disks are getting only about 26GB per second on writes.
We had expected at least 3 times that performance. Anyone know
what sort of performance to expect from a DS4100 over fibre channel ?
Any suggestions on what could be causing us such poor performance ?
