You can, but you have to know exactly what is corrupted and what should
be there in its place etc, which makes it very hard. IBM may be able
to help you in this as they may have seen your issue before, so I would
recommend contacting them for advice.

You have some options though. NB, these are generic, I would not know
the specifics for MQ Series.

1. Force overwrite the fix pack if possible to bring to the correct
level.
2. Save the MQ Definitions (if possible), remove the code, re-install
from scratch, re-apply the definitions.
3. Restore from mksysb from before the corruption.
