After the AIX5.1,'thewall' not be changed by user,which will be only
decided by configure of system. It will be calculated at boot time by
the following formula:
- 32-bit kernel is 1/2 of RAM or 1048576 (1GB) (whichever is smaller)
- 64-bit kernel is the value is 1/2 of RAM or 64 GB (whichever is
smaller)
