Auto ssh

I have installed sshd on my boxes (AIX 5.2 ML6) with openssl 96g3 and
openssh 361 and I want to log into directly with ssh. I have /etc/hosts
/.shosts with the name of the boxe wich connect into but it doesn't
work !! What is wrong ? What must I do ?
