1. This is a biggie... make sure that if you are using a Serial
heartbeat that the heartbeat cable is NOT connected to S2. On servers
with more than two Serial adapters, S1 and S2 are considered console
cables. If for one reason or another HA doesn't shutdown properly (and
both nodes shutdown at the same time, the slower server - still active
with HA will send signals across the serial cable which I've seen cause
this problem.)
2. There is a possibility of noise on the serial port causing the SMS
menus to be called - but unlikely.
