WSM on AIX 5.3

Hi,
I want to use WSM(Web based system management) on AIX 5.3.
When I type wsm on command prompt, it has no response. I try to use
configassist to configure wsm and it said the system does not have web
server. Do I need to install some web server first such as apache ot
ibm http server?
