I am able to telnet to an AIX 5.1 machine via our lan succesfully. When
I attempt to telnet to the same machine from a wireless connection, I
get roughly a 30 second delay.
Where do I look to resolve the issue?
I thought about looking into our DNS configuration, but as stated
above, telnet works fine under LAN. I only see a delay on a wireless
connection. The odd thing is, only some servers give me this problem.
What more information do I need to gather to get a grip on this
connectivity issue? I ran a traceroute and it seems ok. I pinged and
that seemed ok.
Im going to install ethereal and see what that tells me.
Any ideas? Ic ould really use your help =)
