    Dear AIX Professionals,

    Example 1

In my previous job, all the general users had one AIX logon named
"General". When this logon was used, it executed a script that started
the management system's security gate program.

    Example 2

At my current employer, each terminal has its own logon: "WS1",
"WS2"...and so on. When you attempt to start a second job with a AIX
username in use, you get the error in the subject line of this message.

Is this an OS configuration that is causing this problem. How would
one make the OS behave like Example 1?

    Thanks in advance!

    Geoff
