7043-240 case items needed

       Hello,
         In effort to upgrade a 7043-140 to a 7043-240, I purchased a new
    planar and CPU off eBay. The items arrived and most everything went
    well. However, the serial port connectors [1] are not the same, and the
    rear card bracket[2] does not line up. If anyone has a parts 240, I
    would be interested in either the whole thing or just these two pieces.
      I am also interested in another 233MHz CPU card.
