nmon 10 segmentation fault

Hi
We're running AIX 5.3 ML02. nmon keeps dumping core. It doesn't
happen every single time nmon runs, but it does happen very frequently.
The problem seems to be in a strcpy call. The core file was
truncated, but indicates the following problem:
# dbx /usr/local/bin/nmon_aix53 core
Type 'help' for help.

ulimit
for file and coredump, or free some space on the filesystem.

Has anyone seen this? Is there a fix?
We run it out of a cron job like this (all one line):
/usr/local/bin/nmon -g /usr/local/nmon/nmon.vgs -F
$DATADIR/HOSTNAME$DATETAG.nmon -A -W -t -s30 -c60 >/dev/null
Thanks,
