Hi Dan,
since i am getting no response from CC you should tell to increase or
cleanup the /var /usr /tmp files because he filled them up and at least
a few MB are needed in /var and /tmp for processing.
a simple:
chfs -a size=+1 /tmp
chfs -a size=+1 /usr
chfs -a size=+1 /var

should give the system some releave
