replacing rootvg with bigger disks- problems

Hi,
I need to replace our 36 Gb rootvg disks with 72 GB disks. Here is my
plan:
umirror hdisk1
reducevg hdisk1
insert new_disk
add new disk to rootvg
mirror the disks
bosboot new_disk
unmirror hdisk0
reducevg hdisk0
insert newdisk ...etc
What I am having problems with, I am right that the new disk will
assume the size of the 36 GB ? When it joins the rootvg
At what stage do I change the PP size, or can I ? Currently it is 16mb.
Hope you can help.
Thanks
Pete
