Additional memory on a lpar

Hi folks

seem to be a strange problem. Having a p690 with 4 lpars. The amount of installed memory was 96 GB and additional 32 GB CoD_memory.
All lpars were at 16 GB of memory und are running fine.
Trying to increase memory on every lpar from 16 to 20 GB doesn't success. Three of the lpars where now at 20 GB while the fourth still remains at 16 GB. Try to increase memory on the fourth lpar makes this lpar unbootable. Independently of the lpar, I can only increase 3 lpars, while the fourth failed. No usable answer from ibm until now.
Any ideas what has happen here ?

Thx in advance
Friedhelm
