1) memory fragmentation ?
2) 16 GB boundary problems ?
3) Is the setting for Small/Large Real Mode Address Region correct for
the runing AIX version ?
If it is possible i would check the settings for Real Mode Address
Region and shutdown any LPAR ( Not only a restart but a stop ) and
restart all LPARS from scratch.
Do not forget that the overhead if using 96 GB is about 2 GB for the
Hypervisor and other.
