AIX customer billing system.

A hosting company needs to invoice its customers as per machine usage
for a period of time.
Has anyone tried writing any codes for collecting such info and
producing results?
For example, users from client A were logged in for 3 hours, utilizing
30% of 4 CPU and 80% of DISKS performance and based on those figures
and billing rate produce an invoce.

thanks
