Console and user terminal activity monitoring

Hi All,

Is there any method to capture the entire console activty as well as
the user terminal (connected thru telnet) activity. I am using AIX
4.3.3 It is something like console.log file in Novell Netware where the
entire server console is captured at run time /online. This helps when
we are troubleshooting for things and just don't know which command was
run, its output, errors etc and who executed the command. I understand
that .sh_history file is a good point to start looking for commands run
by a user but still it would be more helpfull if the entire console
could be captured.

Thanks in advance,

Ashok Sangra
