just run lsvg -l vgname. Eg: lsvg rootvg. If the amount of PP showed
double than LP, than definately its mirrored.

If you want raid 5, better go to hardware raid. AIX LVM does not
provide RAID 5 capability.

What bspdan showed you is correct. A bunch of of disks from internal
disk backplane or a jbod like 2104 configured as raid 5 volume via scsi
raid adapter. For a start, you might want to identify how many disk you
have. Try #lsdev -Cc disk.
