Error Log analysis detected error with SerialRAID

I am new to installing AIX and in Administrating an AIX box. Although I
have used UNIX for quite a long time. So bare with me.

I have just installed AIX V5.2 onto an RS6000. The day after I
installed the operating system I started getting emails about problems
with SSA0 and SSA1. The following is the message I am getting:

Tue May 23 09:24:48 CDT 2006
Error Log Analysis has detected error(s) that may require your
attention.
ssa0 SRN 49500 IBM SSA 160 SerialRAID Adapter (14109100)

AND

Tue May 23 09:24:49 CDT 2006
Error Log Analysis has detected error(s) that may require your
attention.
ssa1 SRN 49500 IBM SSA 160 SerialRAID Adapter (14109100)

Do to this error I did find that I had a disk drive that was not active
on the RAID. After trying a number of things, I finally got the system
to recognize this drive and rebuild the drive.

I thought that would of taken care of the above email. But this morning
I came back in and discovered the email back in my mail box. I ran a
Link Verification on both SSA's and this is what I got:
