file system problem

i have two strange problem:
first, file system "/array" is configured "Mount AUTOMATICALLY at
system restart?" as "true",but when the system reboot, the file system
is not auto mounted, and it can mount manually?what's the reason??

second,/oradata file system %used is 63%,and %Iused is 1%,but the file
system /oradata has a "file system full" error by errpt, what's the
possible reason?

thanks!
