been at 2AM for as long as I can remember, so that's the default. You
shouldn't need to specify a time.

Hello all,
if you don't specify the time, which is 2am what will be default
time?
Will it change at midnight, if you do not put 2am? should it be like
this: EST5EDT,M3.2.0/2:00:00,M11.1.0/2:00:00..
EST5EDT,M3.2.0,M11.1.0 <-- this is how IBM suggested it, without
specifying the time which variable will work?
Thanks
