Memory problem !!

Hi:

I have 3 servers with AIX 5300-05-06 one of these with Lotus Domino
and the other with WebSphere Server Foundation, the problem is that
the memory grows, grows and grows until the servers remain without
memory, I shutdown Lotus Notes or WebSphere and the memory is not
freed, I must reboot the servers for free the memory, anybody has some
recommendation?
