AIX 5.2 ML 4 on new P550

I'm trying to install AIX 5.2 ML4 (5765-E62 11/2004) on a new P550.

Whenever I boot from the install CD's to begin clean installation of
the OS, I'm met with a troubling message:

Error Warning
There are no disks available on this system.
To reboot the system, press reset.
1 Continue with Install

However when I boot the system with the Standalone Diagnostics V.
5.3.0.50 CD and inspect the internal disk drives I see:

* sisioa1 P1 PCI-X Dual Channel U320 SCSI
RAID Adapter
scsi2 P1-T14 Ultra320 SCSI RAID Adapter

Which means I do Indeed have drives in the system, and it should be
able to see them. What do I need to do to get my 5.2 install to work?

1.) I don't have a NIM server set up, I'm doing straight-from-cd
installs
2.) Do I just build a ISO9660 CD with TL-08 updates and if so... How
do I force the installation proceedure to update?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
