If that is not working the probably the problem is on the linux site.
Check your linux documentation howto enable remote display and check
as alreay mentioned by others the name resolution meaning that each
host should be in the /etc/hosts within the other host and they can
ping each other.
I'm finding some other results as well:
$ xclock
Error: Can't open display:
$
and
$ startx
Environment variable DISPLAY was set to 192.168.30.110:0
Please wait - starting your session
Though nothing further happened.
Then I tried what it all started with: wsm:
$ wsm &
[1] 10092
$ host: 0827-803 Cannot find address 192.168.30.110.
mkdir: 0653-357 Cannot access directory /usr/java14/.private142/jre.
/usr/java14/.private142/jre: The file access permissions do not allow the specified action.
(nothing further, eventually ended with:)
^C
$
Can you explain all this? I've tried to find info on Fedora/AIX/(open)ssh, but found nothing usable so far.
