Hey All,
Our company has come to me to help implement LDAP across a set of AIX
servers for security audit reasons... (Centralized passwd repository)
It's easy enough to get set up and running, we have a sandbox with
that now...
However, they just sent me the list of prod servers it needs
implemented on, and the GID's and UID's are not consistent across the
boxes... I know once LDAP is in place, that will wreak havoc if the
filesystems etc have different UID/GID... is there any "quick fix"
for this?
Thanks
.
