Firefox and Document Library

On a 7025-F80 AIX 5200-09 used #configassist to install Document Library,
which went okay.

On the desktop clicking on Infocentre, Firefox opens and displays
http://publib16boulder.ibm.com/Pseries/en.US/infoicentre/base but it never
opens.
Waited 20 minutes with the message at the bottom of Firefox saying
" looking up local host " .

On the desk top clicked on Document Library and after 7 minutes with Firefox
displaying http://localhost49213/cgi-bin/ds-form?lang-enUS and showing the
message at the bottom of Firefox saying
" looking up local host " .
Document Library finally opened opened.
Navigating to various links takes from 5 to 7 minutes each time and using
the search engine results in an error message.

Firefox connects okay via a P2P network to the internet okay and is fast.

/etc/hosts shows
127.0.0.1 loopback localhost

Does another entry have to be made to /etc/hosts for Infocentre and Document
Library. The Redbook and Google searches were unsuccessful.

Thanks
Basil
