Using built-in serial ports for TTY5

We have a test server where we are trying to run a test on some
software. The configuration of this software will require that we
specify that we have a modem on TTY5 (that is what our production
server uses, using a 16-port RAN box), but the test system only has
TTY0 and TTY1.

My question is, is there a way to use the built-in TTY ports (0,1) but
make the system adress them as TTY5?

Thanks for any help in advance!
