I found the tool, for those who are interested, it's is called bootpart.exe,
it's freeware and it is from www.winimage.com. Here is how to extract the
freebsd boot sector when running windows:
C:\>bootpart
Boot Partition 2.50 for WinNT/2K/XP (c)1995-2002 G. Vollant
(info@winimage.com)
WEB : http://www.winimage.com and http://www.winimage.com/bootpart.htm
Add partition in the Windows NT/2000/XP Multi-boot loader
Run "bootpart /?" for more information
Physical number of disk 0 : 30923091
0 : C:* type=7 (HPFS/NTFS), size= 25599546 KB, Lba Pos=63
1 : C: type=a5 (BSD/386), size= 13470502 KB, Lba Pos=51199155
C:\>bootpart 1 LBA c:\freebsd.bin FreeBSD 5.1-RELEASE
Physical number of disk 0 : 30923091
