personally i really like tmda (mail/tmda). if a sender is not in your
whitelist he will receive a mail with a code which has to be confirmed,
after doing that the sender goes into a whitelist (if you configure it
that way).

i experienced that most of the people don't have a problem with that,
there are some people who don't understand a simple confirmation mail but
hey: it's great, its a spam-, and a dumb people filter :-)
