Re: portupgrade reporting only upgradable ports?

When installed ports succeed listed ports the installed
ports were probably installed with a remote mounted
/usr/ports. So either remount the remote /usr/ports,
or cvsup your /usr/ports to be up to date before
you perform your portupgrades.
