True, but that wasn't the point. It is not unimportant when and how you
intergate your k-rad ideas where.

Apparently there are some that are SMP or maybe just HTT capable. But most
likely those /look/ like a laptop but won't play like one. Like being too
large or heavy, far too hot[0], or no battery life to speak of.
Now that there's pseudo-more-core or true-more-core chips on the market,
it might be interesting to see if one can build a laptop out of the
parts. Like the 1GHz true-dual-code RM9000x2. At only 10 watts power
consumption, about the same as an early TiBook G4, it'd give us a 64bit
MIPS SMP notebook. No clue about DDR and notebooks tho. </soapbox>

I haven't seen an fdisk that doesn't leave bits and pieces unused around
the edges. Maybe it's just me. Still, 20M total wasted space on a 20G
disk isn't that much of a loss, altough annoying.
[0] I already think my UP laptop is too hot. Not just because heat means
energy wasted means shorter-than-possible battery life.
I'd love to see a vr5500 based laptop tho.
