I did get a successful build a couple of months ago, but that stopped
working with the system changes.

Hmm. I wonder if I'm missing a dependency, or if there's some other
oddity.

I've already found that it needs bison, which doesn't install as a
dependency.

Or maybe I need a different jdk14. Which one are you using?
