Hi slacky
A good place to start is with cvsup (it will allow you easily update
your ports, with specific versions), now versions (that come with
installation disks) and the and specific Tags for specific versions,
I'm not sure myself but cvsup comes with some example files, + a
man page.... Also it may pay to look at the freebsd website
(under docs + ports + cvsup) for the tag information. I hope this
will be of some use to you.
