I got that message from daily security runs after installing
'portaudit' and the earliest messsage I had saved was on March 22.
I also had a warning on uulib.
The uulib required deleteting a few dependanncies, and about a day
or so later, the samba 3.0.2.1_1 one port compiled cleanly.
If you haven't upgraded your ports tree try again. I see the
the Makefile on mine was updated at 2:50 this morning, when my
overnight cvsup runs.
I do recommend installing the portaudit file from /usr/ports/security.
