cvsup deleted all my ports

Hi,

I wanted to update the ports collection for my FreeBSD 4.10 Release
installation with cvsup.
I put a line "ports-all" in the cvsupfile and ran cvsup -g -L2
cvsupfile. But
instead of getting an updated set of ports, /usr/ports is now empty.

Anybody have an idea what I've done wrong?

Thanks,
Martin.
