The canonical answer to your question is: No, you'd better get an
external (serial!) modem.
The only winmodem driver for FreeBSD I know is ports/comms/ltmdm. Since
it's for Lucent LT modems, it won't probably work.
It there are Linux _source_ drivers, it is possible to port them to
FreeBSD, but I guess you would have to do it yourself.
