jdk14 compile problem

Yesterday I started to make the java/jdk14 port and run into this:

Is there anyone who knows what causes this or/and how to get around this
problem?
Am I the only one running into this or the same thing happens for others?

I run FreeBSD 4.9R, the ports cvsupped 2 days ago.
