If you are a java user you should know better! It has been discussed million
times that Sun doesn't want people to produce incompatible forks of Java of
the type Microsoft attempted. This is precisely for this reason that you are
not allowed to redistribute Java binaries wihout getting Sun's permission,
which involves satisfying some conformance tests. FreeBSD has obtained
agreement to redistribute the jdk-1.3 but at present they don't have the
agreement to redistribute the jdk-1.4. Simple as that. And you are exactly in
the same situation. Hence if you do that you have to do it covertly and at
your own risk.
