Not necessarily, but using a tech support person with a different
native language is much more difficult, particularly for people like me
who don't speak "normal English". I'm from the heart of Dixie and
people down here "tawk jes' uh bit diff'runt frum how y'all fokes
tawk." I can't communicate with Indian tech support people. I can
hardly understand them and I _know_ they can't understand me, even when
I try to speak in less accented terms.
