kde3.3 upgrade help please

I've been trying to upgrade kde3.2 to kde3.3 in FreeBSD 4.10 for several
days now, and I can't get it to happen. I'm a newbie, this is my first
BSD installation.

I've tried pretty much every method I've been able to find on the net,
but I always run into problems.

My most recent, and most promising, attempt used:

setenv PACKAGESITE
http://rabarber.fruitsalad.org/packages/3.3.0-final-10/4-STABLE/Latest/
portinstall -rR kde\*

(also tried portupgrade, but portinstall took me further)

And it stopped here:

===> Installing opendldap-client-2.2.17

      opendlap-client-2.2.17 conflicts with installed package(s):
      opendlap-client-2.1.30

      They install files into the same place.
      Please remove them first with pkg_delete.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/net/openldap22-client.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/ports/x11/kdelibs3.
** Command failed [exit code 1]: /usr/bin/script -qa
/tmp/portsinstall12796.49 make
** Fix the problem and try again.

When I try to remove opendlap-client-2.1.30, it appears to be needed by
kde-everything, and won't let me delete it.

Any help with this appreciated.
