i think your first problem here is that you installed Windoze after FreeBSD,
secondly you're using the FreeBSD bootmanager.
if you would have installed Windows first then everything would/should be
working now. since you didn't there's some tricks to getting the boot manager
on there again. I've found that GAG (http://gag.sourceforge.net) is one of the
easiest boot managers to install and use/configure. my suggestion is to d/l the
floppy image and install that on the mbr instead.
