Televideo dumb terminal with 4.10?

All,

Is there a recipe anywhere for using a true dumb terminal with FreeBSD?
I've looked around a little and saw only regular CPUs + monitor as a
serial terminal. Anything special for using a Televideo or Qume or IBM
3151? I have a couple pallets of these beasts.
